Breathe
Paying attention of the breath is also a meditation technique that keep us in the present moment. Calms the mind and make us see things with clarity.
Pranayama(breathing exercises) is a sanskrit word wich means expansion of dimension of prana(life force).
You can train yourself to breath more slowly and more deeply.

In practice of pranayama we have four aspects of breathing:
- Pooraka or inhalation
- Rechaka or exalation
- Antar Kumbhak or internal retention
- Bahir Kumbhak or external retention
All practices of pranayama involve these four aspects of the breathing.
