Paying attention of the breath is also a meditation technique that keep us in the present moment. Calms the mind and make us see things with clarity.

Pranayama(breathing exercises) is a sanskrit word wich means expansion of dimension of prana(life force).

You can train yourself to breath more slowly and more deeply.

  • Keeps the heart healthy
  • Remove toxins

In practice of pranayama we have four aspects of breathing:

  • Pooraka or inhalation
  • Rechaka or exalation
  • Antar Kumbhak or internal retention
  • Bahir Kumbhak or external retention

All practices of pranayama involve these four aspects of the breathing.
