The practice of Yoga aims to work the body and mind in an interconnected way, with exercises that help control stress, anxiety, pain in the body and spine, in addition to improving balance and promoting a sense of well-being and increasing disposition.

The Hatha Yogys found that specific positions (asanas) open psichic centers and energy channels. They found that control of the body through these practices enable them to control the mind and energy. Yogasanas became tools to higher awareness, providing the stable foundation necessary for the exploration of the body,mind,breath and higher states.

Hatha Yoga: aims to develop the body’s potential to achieve enlightenment.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga: consists of movements and breathing techniques, synchronization of postures that have gradual physical, mental and spiritual effects.

Chackra’s Yoga: Along with chakra meditation, it helps to balance each chakra.

Other benefits of yoga: Body awareness, controls pressure and heart rate, strengthens muscle support, boosts the immune system, regulates hormones.

It is noted that, in addition to exercising the body, Yoga also works on breathing, relaxation and the expansion of consciousness. Yoga is a way of conscious living. For obtaining teachings through it is recommended to practice regularly.
